My fiance, Robert Williams and I recently purchased a home in Phoenixville. Ron Woytowich was our realtor and I would like to you how deeply satisfied we both were with his services. Our situation was somewhat complicated in that at the time we were looking for a home, I was out of state in Chapel Hill, NC, and Robert was living in a townhouse in Blue Bell, PA.

Ron seamlessly communicted with us both throughout the home-buying experience. He recommended a mortgage broker that was wonderful. He sent both Robert and I numerous online listings, made excellent suggestions, and took Robert on several occasions to look at houses in which we were interested. On a visit here, we were on our way back from looking at a potential house when we drove by another with a for sale sign that we immediately loved. We had the new MLS listing from Ron in less than an hour.

Ron then arranged for several viewings of the house, two with Robert and a third on my next trip here. When it was clear that we were interested, Ron spent the majority of Mother's Day faxing all the necessary paperwork back and forth to us so that we could put in an offer. I am pleased to say that we closed on the house on July 30th and absolutely love our new home. Ron was there with us every single step of the way, negotiating expertly with the previous owners and their agent in a very professional manner, keeping us apprised of any new developments, helping arrange for the home inspection, etc.

This is my first experience buying a home, and I quite frankly was anxious, as a few of my friends have had unpleasant dealings with Realtors in the past. I can honestly tell you that I would recommend Ron's services to anyone interested in selling or buying a home, and I intend to do just that.

The other aspect of our exerience with Ron was that he helped Robert sell his townhome, setting up an open house and finding a buyer offering more than the original asking price within a week's span. Ron made what could have been a very difficult and frustrating experience quite the opposite for us both. I can't possibly convey to you how positive the entire experience has been and that is due, in a very large part, to the dedication and professionalism exhibited by Ron. No detail was overlooked, there were no unpleasant surprises, and we now live in the house of our dreams. We truly felt he cared about us, not as a business deal, but as people. In a potentially stressful situation like buying and selling a home, that makes a world of difference.
